Keeping it Green
The farm is a beautiful place in the summer. The grass is green, the skies are blue and nature is all around. We encourage you to help us keep the farm beautiful by doing a few simple things:
The farm is a beautiful place in the summer. The grass is green, the skies are blue and nature is all around. We encourage you to help us keep the farm beautiful by doing a few simple things:
- Bring two garbage bags, one for recycling and one for garbage (if you do not have bags we will have them at the gate, if you need more, you can pick them up at the Guest Services Tent). At the end of the weekend leave your bags at your camping site or at our trash pickup site (across the street from the house) on your way out.
- Bring a refillable water bottle. We will have fresh, clean spring water coming out of our spring house for you to fill up whenever you run dry.
- We ask our friends to be respectful of the land and not put trash on the ground.
- Please bring as few "disposable" items as possible.
- Treat the farm like it is your own. It is for the weekend and hopefully for many more FarmJammaLammas to come!
